Meet Dr. Norah Nguyen

Norah Nguyen, MD is a board-certified family medicine physician who was born and raised on the beautiful island of Oahu, Hawaii. She made her way to Washington by way of Iowa, where she completed medical school at the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine.

After earning her medical degree, she moved to Washington to complete her family medicine residency with Sea Mar Community Health Centers. Her training included comprehensive inpatient adult and pediatric medicine, along with extensive community centered outpatient clinical care across King and Snohomish County hospital systems, with a focus on underinsured and underserved communities.

Obstetric training and newborn care were emphasized in her residency training, allowing her to practice truly full-spectrum family medicine. After residency, she continued practicing family medicine with obstetric care at Providence Medical Group clinics, delivering babies and caring for new mothers and families at the Providence Pavilion Family Maternity Center. The continuity she experienced with these families will forever be some of her greatest clinical accomplishments.

After years caring for families across Snohomish County, Dr. Nguyen opened her Direct Primary Care practice to build deeper relationships with her patients and provide care that is thoughtful, unhurried, and truly accessible. She believes great family medicine starts with time, trust, and a strong partnership between doctor and patient, and she is excited to be able to do that.

When free, Dr. Nguyen enjoys traveling, hiking, gardening, all culinary endeavors, and spending time with close family and friends. She has the absolute cutest and craziest tricolored corgi, Merlin, who may make guest appearances in clinic if his busy fetch schedule allows.
